BRASSEX COVID-19 UPDATE
As you’re aware, on March 24th the provincial government of Ontario released a list of businesses that can continue to operate as part of essential services. Brassex Inc. will continue to fulfill all orders on a VDF capacity as part of our supply chain fulfillment designation. While we remain committed to serving our customers, our primary goal as we navigate through COVID-19 is the health and well-being of our employees and vendor partners as well as ensuring we’re doing our part to help to flatten the curve. We’ve temporarily scaled down operations and are working with limited staff. While we’re aiming to keep our shipping lead times consistent, based on the overwhelming e-commerce volume and courier delays, transit times will be affected and we highly recommend adding EDD. Our administrative staff is fully equipped to work remotely during this time and we can be reached via email during our regular weekly business hours. Brassex Inc. is an organization that is extremely nimble and agile as always, I want to thank all of you for your support, understanding and partnership as we navigate this global crisis.
