• No end consumers are permitted in our showroom at any time without a representative from one of our approved trading partners.
• 24-hour prior notification is required for all pick ups. The same applies for any service/replacement part requests.
• No pick ups will be entertained without a formal confirmation#.
• No direct consumer pick ups allowed.
• All products sold are final sale, no refunds or exchanges allowed. In the event of manufacturer defects, Brassex Inc. will replace/repair the damaged piece at its sole discretion.
